1Partitioned Management

The Prison is dedicated to retain recidivists who have repeatedly committed severe crimes and is concurrently responsible for compulsory medical treatments. Therefore, in order to effectively control and educate inmates, six discipline small groups adopt guard and control in partitioned areas. Discipline for inmates is based on humanity, where punishment is substituted for education, and the principle that life caring is generous but discipline is stringent. (2) Acclaimed law professionals are invited to the Prison to offer lectures and teach basic knowledge in the laws and public views about crime, so that inmates may truly repent and become a self-regulated person.
